Shipping Policy

Elevae & Co offers FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, product availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Packages

Because items in your order may be fulfilled from different locations, an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is divided into multiple shipments.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us through our Contact page so we can assist you.
